With over 15 years of personal training experience, Sarah is a prominent member of the Dripping Springs fitness community. She is an avid runner who has completed numerous 5k’s, 10k’s, marathons, and ultra-marathons, including a 50 mile trail race.
What to expect as a client
Each client starts with a one-on-one consultation where she assesses your fitness level, takes measurements, and helps you develop your goals. Sarah then designs a customized workout program according to your needs, as well as nutritional suggestions and tips just for you. Whether you only want a few sessions to get started on your own or meet frequently, Sarah will adjust according to your needs.
Sarah specializes in running, weight loss, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance training using a variety of equipment and methods. Sarah works with all ages, fitness levels, body types, ailments and injuries. She believes that feeling good, inside then out, is a critical component to overall fitness and will help motivate you toward positive change.
